And, the majority of information always focuses what is in the product and what it will do. But there is just as much to be gained from learning what is not in a product - and what it will not do! There are ingredients in skin care that can cause more harm, irritation or negative effects which completely offset any benefits. That is why we have formulated the 2 Minute Miracle to be void of ingredients which can harm, irritate or have a negative effect on your skin. Here is a list of what is not in the 2 Minute Miracle Gel, and what it will not do.- The 2 MM Gel contains NO:
- No Artificial Fragrance- Some fragrances smell fabulous but can contain less than desirable chemicals.
Synthetic fragrances can cause issues from as mild as headaches, to dizziness and rashes. By using the aroma which come from the natural source of our ingredients and are not synthetically enhanced, you will not get the side effects associated with artificial fragrance.
- No Artificial Color - Pastels, neons and vibrant colors can make products look nice but artificial colors can contain impurities and chemicals. It is said that "it can take up to 25 chemicals to develop one artificial color" Some of the side effects can range from rashes to issues as serious as nuerotoxicity (at high exposure levels). By using a natural form of color which is obtained through Vitamin B12, we avoid the chemicals associated with synthetic colors.
- No Parabens - There is a great deal of controversial information on the safety of parabens in skin care. The CTFA which is the governing body for the skin care industry has rated parabens as "safe" in cosmetics. However, due to the desire of the majority and the shift away from parabens, we have found an approved and safe alternative to the use of parabens. This alternative offers the same anti bacterial and anti microbial properties as parabens but without any of the concerns or possible risks.
- No Sulfates - Clinical studies have proven that Sulfates
can be very irritating to the skin because it strips the natural protective oils. The greater controversy or concern about this ingredient, though, is the manner in which it reacts with other ingredients used in skin care products. When combined with many popular ingredients, it forms nitrosamines (nitrates) which can potentially become harmful. This may cause issues like dermatitis, flu-like symptoms to more serious asthmatic conditions (in some people with sensitivity). By avoiding the use of sulfates we eliminate the concern of stripping away the good oils of your skin and at the same time, reduce the chance of a reaction due to sensitivity.
- No Grains, Abrasives or Micro-beads - Not all scrubs are alike and either are the abrasives which are used in them. Some abrasives are sharp, have rough jagged edges which can unnecessarily abraid, irritate and even damage the outer layer of skin. Over time these can cause small tears in fragile skin and even cause the texture of the skin to look rough. Some of the micro-beads which are being used in skin care are now being banned because they do not dissolve and they are polluting the water ways. Eczema is a skin condition caused by inflammation of the skin. It is also referred to as Atopic Dermatitis.

According to Dr. Mark Boguniewicz - one of the world's leading authorities on Eczema, he has found that a "Soak and Seal" approach is most effective. Wetting the skin and allowing the water to evaporate (as with frequent hand washing) can be drying and irritating. But cleansing the area with something that is mild and for sensitive skin, soaking the skin for 10 minutes and patting off all excess water - and then applying an ointment or cream based moisturizer (better than a thin lotion) will help to seal in moisture.

To understand the exfoliation process it is important to note the difference between chemical exfoliation and mechanical exfoliation.
The outside layer of our skin is our epidermis. At the bottom of the epidermis, new skin cells are forming. When the cells are ready, they start moving toward the top of your epidermis (Stratum Corneum). This trip takes about 2 weeks to a month (depending on age and the rate of cell turnover). As newer cells continue to move up older cells near the top die and rise to the surface of your skin. What you see on your hands (and everywhere else on your body) are really dead skin cells.
A chemical exfoliation is an action that occurs deeper in the layers of skin. A chemical exfoliation is designed to "wound" certain layers of the skin. The idea is that it will cause inflammation and a message will be sent to the brain to produce new collagen and speed up the cell turnover in order to "heal" this assault. This process removes dead cells and over time, improves the quality of skin. This is commonly achieved with ingredients such as Tretinoin, Retinoids, Differin and even more aggressive peels. This is an effective way to improve skin but it also can have the downside of increased skin sensitivity, irritation and sun sensitivity. Dryness, scaling, itching and redness can also occur.
A mechanical exfoliation is something that affects the outer-most layer of skin. Mechanical exfoliation relies on the use of either a tool (a brush or sponge) or ingredients(Corn Meal, Sugar, Rice Bran, crushed apricot seeds etc.)that,depending on the amount of friction and nature of abrasive used, loosens and reduces the outer layers of dead skin. Some caution needs to be taken with many mechanical exfoliators because they can result in skin irritation especially for those with sensitive, mature or challenged skin. This is why The International Dermal Institute only recommends the use of products or techniques that do not result in irritation.
This is what makes the 2 Minute Miracle Gel so unique. The 2 Minute Miracle Gel is a mechanical Exfoliator but does not contain any grains or abrasives to harm or irritate the skin. First and foremost keep in mind that the suggestions I have given you, below, are only suggestions. Many of you ask me every week for ideas so I thought it would be good to post for all to see.
Putting together salon and spa promotions take time and effort and you will have to assess the potential for the reward. I know my suggestions work because this is what I did to help build my three locations. But, it does take a willing salon owner's participation in order to make these suggestions fruitful.
It is a good idea to know a few general points about the spa / salon you are calling on, so you understand the dynamics of their business and team.
If it is a rental salon then it is possible that each individual professional may be responsible for making a decision on what they personally would like to sell to their own customers. That is not always the case but it does happen. If it is a commission salon or a rental salon with good teamwork then usually the owner decides what products they will carry and the professionals cannot individually sell different products other than what the salon sells.
It is also good to know if they have a skin spa or Esthetician on staff and if so, do they already have a skin care line they promote. It is important for them to understand that the 2 Minute Miracle Gel is a stand-alone product and IS designed to be used in tandem with all and any other skin care systems. A few Do's and Don'ts:
Do not grab a bar of soap or random cleanser to wash your face. Bar soap contains sulfates and detergents that strip the skin’s natural oils and is strongly alkaline - weakening the skin’s protective acid mantle.Do not use an after shave lotion or toner high in alcohol, on the face. Promoting The 2 Minute Miracle Gel Within Spas and Salons - Build Their Business and Yours!

First and foremost keep in mind that the suggestions I have given you, below, are only suggestions. Many of you ask me every week for ideas so I thought it would be good to post for all to see.
Putting together salon and spa promotions take time and effort and you will have to assess the potential for the reward. I know my suggestions work because this is what I did to help build my three locations. But, it does take a willing salon owner's participation in order to make these suggestions fruitful. It is a good idea to know a few general points about the spa / salon you are calling on, so you understand the dynamics of their business and team.
If it is a rental salon then it is possible that each individual professional may be responsible for making a decision on what they personally would like to sell to their own customers. That is not always the case but it does happen. If it is a commission salon or a rental salon with good teamwork then usually the owner decides what products they will carry and the professionals cannot individually sell different products other than what the salon sells.It is also good to know if they have a skin spa or Esthetician on staff and if so, do they already have a skin care line they promote. It is important for them to understand that the 2 Minute Miracle Gel is a stand-alone product and IS designed to be used in tandem with all and any other skin care systems. The ingredients do not compete with any other ingredient or system and will only enhance the results of all other anti aging treatments because it is gently lifting away any barrier that keeps other ingredients from penetrating. This means that the salon does not need to abandon their current products if they carry any - the 2 MM can be and should be an add on product to be used with all other skin systems. For reference, over the last 9 years on HSN, at least 50% of our 2 MM customers - still used other skin care products or systems.Demo spa night for staff - #1 priority is to get the entire staff and team excited. if they are on board. I would suggest doing a night to pamper the team. Bring in health drinks (WAV shakes) and light snacks and do hand demos and face demos on the team - do the same thing you would do at a spa party but do it for the staff. Let them experience the product, understand the basics and benefits and then give them a sample to take home and use. If you do a video presentation I would suggest keeping it brief and primarily about the benefits of the product with touching on only a few VERY basics of the science. I always like to show the first time user video because that gives an accurate depiction of what they will experience the first time they use it. You will hear me say this repeatedly but make sure you instruct and walk them through the proper use. Apply, let sit only 45 seconds and test rub, if not runny wait 30 seconds and continue rubbing. Do not apply and just let it sit for a full two minutes or you miss some of the exfoliation.

Demo Days - Dependent upon your own schedule and the activity level of the salon you are calling on, it may be worthwhile for you to do demo days at their salon.
Once you sign up the shop owner as an Ambassador, you could come in once a week or once a month and do demos on their customers as they enter or leave the salon. The salon can even promote this event each week/month. Put up signs at each station and up front in the reception area
"Free Facial - Look Ten Years Younger, in TWO Minutes! Ask for yours!". Then you can offer to do the demos and either they can retail the product right there or you can have your laptop and sign up their customers as Wholesale customers, under the shop owner. Get the technicians involved and excited by giving incentives for every client they send over for a demo.
What's New? Service / Product of the month Promo - This is a good way for the salon owner to enhance what they offer their current customers but also a great way to drive in new business. This approach can be especially effective if the salon/spa would like to create an environment that focus's on inner health and outer beauty - overall wellness.The shop owner can have a night each month where they invite in their own customers (and the customers can bring a guest) and you or the salon owner can demo and educate the audience on a new product or service they will now offer. For instance, the first month it can be the 2MM Gel and a "Glacial Facial" service, the next month it can be on Whey Smart and so on. You or the salon owner should do demos and sampling while educating their guests on the benefits. The salon owner should take a small deposit from each person who wants to reserve a spot ($5 - $10 dollars ) and make it redeemable in products or salon services. It is simply to ensure the customer will make a commitment and come. Make it exciting, demonstrable and educational.
Create a wellness environment.
If the salon does not offer any spa services, you may want to invite a local massage therapist in the area to bring in a chair and do complimentary chair massages in exchange for being able to promote their own massage business. If they do have an in house therapist, ask them to participate to help gain more exposure to their services. There may be personal trainers, yoga instructors etc in the area who would join in and donate their time in order to promote their own services. If the salon already carries other hair products, nail products, makeup etc - you might even ask the reps to come in and give away free samples of their product. For reference, I used to do this in my salons to help drive in new customers. I would even send out the Val-Pak mailers in order to advertise my promotion and drive in new business.
Refer a Friend program - If the salon owner does sign up as an Ambassador, they should begin a refer a friend program. The most successful referral programs reward both the current customer and the new customer or prospect.
Each should have an incentive to advertise for you and to send in friends. The salon can make up little sample bags of the new 2MM Gel sachet packs. They can put them in a little bag with a card that has the name of their customer, on the card. They can give these sachets to the customer and ask them to give out three of them to their family or very closest friends whom they think would use and enjoy it. Make sure you have the exact and accurate directions for use, in the bag with the product. When the customer sends in two or three people to purchase the product, the customer gets a discount on a service within the salon. And the prospect who comes in, also gets a discount on a service or product. If you do not want to send the customer home with the actual sample, you can give them a card to pass out to their friends and family that invites them into the salon for a FREE mini 2 minute facial or hand demo with the 2MM Gel. The owner can get a little index card file box to keep track of which customers have sent in which people. I personally like to reward for every two referrals because you are giving away a discount on a service and you are gaining a new customer if they come in - so make it attainable.
These are just some suggestions to help you show your salon owners that you are not only selling them product, but rather helping them build long term loyal customers while securing their own residual income. Success With Clients Through Teaching And Follow-Up

I was talking today with some wonderful Ambassadors and their recent success brought to light how important follow up is as a key to success with the 2 Minute Miracle Gel. Handing out samples is great but without follow up and personally reaching out to touch base with that person - they are likely to never contact you - even if they LOVE the product. Think about it - when you get a free sample of anything how many times do you pick up the phone and order it? Most of us take the path of least resistance which is to go back to what we already know because we have already established habits. But, if someone called or emailed you to ask how you liked the product and would you like to order it - chances are much greater you would say "yes."
Just a few minor tweaks in your follow up techniques and questions can make all the difference between success and futility.
TWO important steps which we have learned in our years of experience with this amazing product:
1 - Verbally tell them and or show them, the proper directions and technique for use.Don't rely on them reading,only. Apply, test rub in 45 seconds, if not runny wait and continue to rub after an additional 30-45 seconds. Dehydrated Skin More Than Doubles Rate of Wrinkle & Line Development

Every day we are learning more about age related facial skin changes. However, few studies have ever followed a group of women over an extended period of time to help determine what happens to our skin - and at what age. Many wonder "Do we get to a point where we are too old to fix our skin?" The more we learn, studies show that we are never too young to begin aging and we are never too old to look better.
One study, the first of its kind, recently concluded after following the same group of women for an 11 year period. Skin conditions and age related changes were tracked beginning as young as age 10 and as mature as age 70. Changes were tracked with sophisticated measurement tools that analyze wrinkles, texture, age spots, hydration and firmness. Results of this study concluded that there was a significant increase in the change of pigmented spots (seen deep in the skin layers) in the 30's compared to the 20's. And, there was also a significant increase in the change of wrinkle formation in the 50's compared to the 40's.
Most notable, the study concluded that skin hydration is a key parameter differentiating skin aging and it becomes a critical factor as early as the age of 10. It was found that having dry or dehydrated skin more than doubles the rate at which lines will develop. That means a 28 year old with dry skin will have a 52% increase in wrinkles by the time she's 36, whereas a woman of the same age with well hydrated dermis will only show a 22% increase.

If it is not yet runny, you are going to wait an additional 30 seconds and then continue rubbing.
Educate them that as the gel is sitting on their skin - it is working to hydrate while infusing the 3.1 complex which long term will optimize collagen and elastin and help with cell turnover. Inform them that the Hyaluronic Acid (which is naturally found in our own bodies) is an ingredient that attracts moisture which will plump the skin and minimize the fine lines and wrinkles. They WILL witness the instant plumping of their skin and fine lines at the end of the demo. Don't overwhelm them with science but give them enough facts to understand that this is a powerful anti aging product.
As you rub their skin, you will begin to see and feel it balling up. Ask them to look in the mirror and see what is happening. Take a moment to pause and point out the accumulation of the dead skin. Explain that this is strictly exfoliating the top dead layers of skin. Then ask them what they think as they see this? What does it feels like. Ask for positive affirmation on how gentle it feels as they rub; reinforcing there is nothing harsh or abrasive in this gel. Point out that unlike other exfoliating products there are no signs of redness or irritation. Then ask them to participate and continue rubbing on their own. They will see how easy this is. Remind them that we are providing benefits of what you wouldusually need up to 7 different products to achieve. Then recaps what you have just done: cleansed, toned, exfoliated, brightened, hydrated and primed the skin for the application of make up.
Now is the exciting part - remove the gel with a damp cloth or water and lightly pat dry. and then give them back the mirror. Get excited with what you are seeing and then ask them how their skin feels to them - is it soft? Does it feel refreshed? Then "tour their face" again. Show them how the fine lines on the forehead, on the crows feet around the eyes, around the mouth all look less visible. Show them and ask them to feel how smooth their skin is and see how any areas of dryness are gone. And as importantly, point out the glow they now have. You can see the light rebounding off the skin which instantly gives a much more youthful look. Ask if they see it too - once again gaining positive affirmation.

Skin is made up of three major layers called the epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis
The outer most layer is the epidermis and it is subdivided into two layers: a thin surface layer of dead cells, called the stratum corneum, and a deeper layer of living cells. This layer of the stratum corneum is responsible for keeping water in and bacteria out.
The main function of the living layer of the epidermis is to produce the dead cells of the stratum corneum. As new cells mature, these cells become filled with strong protein fibers called keratins. It takes about 28 days for the new cells produced in the lowest level of the living epidermis to rise up to the surface of the skin. By the time they hit the surface, they are dead cells.
We shed approximately 30,000- 40,000 cells each hour which is about 9 pounds of dead skin each year.
The hallmark of aging comes about from a combination of the changes in the fiber structure within the skin, combined with a thinning of the skin’s deeper layer, the dermis. As we age, the collagen and elastic fibers that help give skin its strength and flexibility start to decrease in number, stiffen and break apart. Since collagen also supports blood vessels and healthy hair growth, this weakening process can also result in thinning hair and broken capillaries. On top of this, the cells that would normally help replace and repair the skin’s fiber structure, (fibroblasts) also decrease in number as we age, and the level of an important water binding substance in the skin called hyaluronic acid, gradually declines. Cells become more sluggish and do not turn, or shed, as quickly. Slower cell turnover further breaks down collagen.
As the cell turnover rate slows down and collagen starts to break down and loosen, the results are fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin.
Therefore it is critical to effectively increase cell turnover and rid your skin of the old cells while replacing them with new, fresh cells. People often ask me "how did you get started in business?" The first thing I did was take a leap of faith and opened a salon and spa so I could focus on inner wellness and outer beauty. However, ultimately my business led me to formulating and selling my own line of skin care. When we first developed the 2 Minute Miracle Gel, I had the advantage of being able to first test it, then perfect it and then sell it to our own salon customers. We recognized we had a special product that we wanted to be able to share with others - one on one. Through research, we realized that there were a plethora of trade shows, craft fairs, holiday fairs, bridal shows, outdoor green markets, etc. within a half days drive of our home. We spent two full years working evenings and weekends working trade show booths anywhere we could. Through trial and error we were able to identify a few key factors that led to the success of growing our business through this type of venue. There are both national and local organizations that publish a list of all trade shows going on every day, in each city (TSNN, Buckler Arts and Crafts Company, etc.). There are also numerous local newspapers that advertise local events coming up each month which include some of the smaller and more affordable shows - especially around holiday time.
"Go Where Your Competition Isn't" - This turned out to be one of our best kept secrets. There are many types of trade shows where all of your competition will naturally gravitate such as bridal fairs. But there are many other places that your competition is not thinking about and those turned out to be gems for us.
- Boat Shows to help men and women who had damaged skin from the elements of the sun and wind
- RV Shows to help those who are challenged with space while traveling in their campers
- Nursing Associations where they are challenged with dry and callous skin conditions from washing hands and being on their feet continually
- Camping trade shows where people do not have the ability to take multiple products with them to take care of their skin
- Massage Therapy Association trade shows where independent massage therapists attend to find out about new services and opportunities
Team Up With Non-Competitors - With a little bit of digging, you can find other businesses which do not compete with your business and who may be interested in splitting the cost of a booth at some local events. In our case, we found a makeup artist who also sold make up. We teamed up with her at some of the local events so we could split our costs. We did not compete with one another and actually were a good source for leads for each other.Moms Of . . . If you Google Mom's organizations you will find that are TONS! Everything from Mothers of PreSchoolers (MOPS) to Work At Home Moms (WAHM) and more. Each organization has local trade show events throughout the year and no one likes or deserves to be pampered more than an overworked Mommy!Working Smaller Events - this can be just as lucrative and rewarding as the mega events. Keep in mind that no matter how many hundreds or thousands of people attend an event - you can only talk to so many people at one time! If you are looking to build customers, then the smaller seasonal and holiday craft fairs at the schools, libraries, live theaters etc. are a good place to rent a booth . You can find some cute and inexpensive holiday decorated organza bags on line, to place your product in, which make a great presentation.
Overall it is important to identify what your goal is and to be realistic with your expectations!

Admit it—sometimes you overlook ingredients just because they’re too hard to pronounce. But behind all those syllables are some serious skincare benefits. By understanding each ingredient and what it does, you will understand the power of the Ocean Avenue 2 Minute Miracle Gel and why it delivers anti-aging benefits that you see!
It is important to note that almost every ingredient has what is called an INCI name as well as a Trade name. The INCI name is the long name that no one can pronounce and it is the International Nomenclature which is recognized around the globe. The Trade Name is what each company, who develops and brings to market an ingredient, names their own version of that ingredient or blend. So, now lets break down the ingredients in the 2 Minute Miracle Gel.
Water - As we know, water cannot penetrate the skin. If it could we would all sink when we swim or bathe. However, it is a great carrier for other ingredients due to its viscosity and neutral pH. Our water is purified through a thermal process so we start with the purest form of water possible and void of any contaminants.
Butylene Glycol - This is a humectant used to bind moisture and hold water to the skin. It is an organic molecule with two alcohol groups. Alcohols are attracted to water; the smaller alcohols evaporate quickly, drawing water away from the skin, while larger organic alcohols do not evaporate as quickly and actually hold water to the skin. Butylene Glycol can be derived by the fermentation of corn, grains and or other carbohydrate substrates.
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice - For thousands of years, the natural healing effect of Aloe Vera has been well documented. But, not Aloe is alike. Once the Aloe Gel is removed from the leaf it immediately begins to oxidize and break down some of the most critical healing and nutritional components. We use a patented form of Aloe which is the highest grade available due to the Flash Frozen (Cryogenic) processing which maintains the integrity of the Aloe and keeps it more effective than it is right out of the leaf (due to the controlled processing). This means you are getting all of the vitamins (A-E), Amino Acids (building blocks for cells), Natural Salicylic Acid (anti - bacterial) and other nutrients and components in their unaltered and purest state.
Carbomer - This is an agent used to thicken and smooth and help give body to a formula. It is also hypo-allergenic and gentle on skin.
Glycerin - This is considered a humectant which means it has a moisturizing effect on skin and has a unique ability to absorb moisture from other sources. It is able to attract water from the environment as well as from the lower layers of skin and in turn increasing the amount of water (moisture) on the surface layers of skin. It is also skin identical meaning it is a substance found naturally in cells of humans (plants and animals). We use a naturally derived form of Glycerin which keeps skin soft and moist.
Algae Extract ( Dermal RX - KBGA ) - This is a rare form of a Blue Green Algae which naturally blooms in Klammath Lake in the Southern Region of Oregon. The lake waters and its sediments have an astonishingly high mineral and trace element concentration due to a massive volcanic eruption that occurred from Mount Mazama over 7700 years ago. The event covered the area with millions of tons of mineral ash as far as the Canadian border. The lake is fed by rainfall from the Cascade mountains that washes tons of mineral rich volcanic soil into it and is considered the most mineral rich places on the planet. This Algae contains all Essential and Non-Essential Amino Acids and is referred to as a perfect match for human DNA. It also contains proteins and Vitamins B.C and E. Scientific Studies show the anti-aging effect it has on skin and anti-elastase activity for skin firming as well as skin nourishing.
Psuedoalteromonas Ferment Extract (Antarcticine) - This one of a kind Glyco-protein (Sugar molecule) was discovered during explorations in the Antarctic. Everything in the region was frozen except where this protein forms in the water - cell life was moist and thriving. These cells date back thousands of years yet their moisture is protected by a covering of this protein which seems to make the cells virtually immune to aging. This protein has the unique ability to aid in collagen synthesis (Collagen 1 and 4), optimize Elastin as well as protect cells from moisture loss and increase sustained levels of hydration. Scientific studies show its hydrating, plumping and wrinkle minimizing effect on skin.
Hyaluronic Acid - Hyaluronic acid is a complex sugar, known as a glycosaminoglycan, and is found throughout the body and particularly abundant in joints, connective tissue and the eyes. This unique substance's feature is that it draws moisture from the air and is said to hold up to1, 000 times its weight in water therefore, acting as a cushioning agent. It is most abundant when we are young but begins to diminish after the age of 25 leading to sagging and dry skin. Picture your dermis of your skin, as a sponge. The solid parts of that sponge are the collagen and elastin fibres that form, and the spaces within the sponge are where the gel-like hyaluronic acid sits. Angelica Archangelica root Extract - There are over 60 types of Angelica Root. This specific and more rare species contains lipids (good fats) and flavonoids which are powerful antioxidants found in fruits like Blueberries and Grapes. Sounds too good to be true but did you know that the average woman spends money every month on a cleanser, a toner, a pore minimizer, a primer and the list goes on and on. Cleanser: The 2 Minute Miracle Gel is able to gently remove dirt, excess oil and makeup without the use of traditional surfactants which are found in most soaps and cleansers. Are you getting optimal results? Are your customers? Your follow up technique is the most important!
The application of the 2 Minute Miracle Gel, as well as the follow up with your ambassador prospects/customers, are two critical keys to getting the results you will need. It is important to understand that many people do not read directions so make sure you follow up despite the written material you give everyone. It is critical when you give someone the 2 Minute Miracle Gel to make sure you verbally tell them, or show them (live demo, video link etc), how to use it for optimal results. I even suggest summing it up to them quickly this way; "Apply a thin layer like you are icing a cake in little swipes on the skin, after applying wait and test rub in 30 - 45 seconds. If gel is not runny and dead skin does not start accumulating within a few seconds, then wait an additional 30 - 45 seconds and continue rubbing again". I think it is also important to end your advice with conveying "You will see the accumulation of dead skin rolling up on the surface". Remind them that if they don't see the dead skin balling up - you want to know so you can walk them through a *hand demo (this could easily be done over the phone).
Also once you have sent someone home with a sample or mailed out a sample, your follow up is key. Make sure you ask the right qualifying questions afterwards. Avoid asking a general question such as "what did you think" or "did you like it". Those questions will not give you the answers you need to establish if the prospect did get the desired results. We know from history that over 95% of the people that use it will generally have one response . . . "WOW!" The very first follow up question that I feel is critical to ask is: " I want to ensure you got the best result possible - did you actually see the dead skin rolling up on the surface of your skin? "If they didn't - walk them through the process together with you. You need to ensure that they actually used the product correctly.
A few other key questions could be:
- "Did it surprise you to see that you had that much dead skin on your face?"
- "Have you ever seen anything like that before where you actually saw the product working?"
- "What did you notice the most about your skin once you rinsed it off?"
- "What issue with your skin do you hope to address with using this product?
- sagging, discoloration, brightness, pore size etc?"
